This week it is a fabby sketch to follow, with lots of elements to it. used a green base card and DCWV perfect posies patterend card, pb image coloured with copics/promarkers, matted and layered with yellow card, green ribbon added and yellow and green buttons, sentiment free from making cards magazine

this week on the Just magnolia challenge is to follow a sketch, the cente piece on the sketch was a circle but i have used a large flower cut from a patterned piece of Kate mcKnight papers , i coloured my prima flowers to match using my copics/promarkers, base card made from dcwv perfect posies card and silver mirri

I have been terrible at keeping my blog up to date lately.....oh the shame! Just been really pushed for time, the kids have had load of things on and as they stop school for the summer holidays i might not get much chance now! Also been in hospital and took a bit longer to recover, but on the mend now so thought i'd upload a project i made a few weeks ago, hope you like it x

My Birthday Book

Decided to make myself a Birthday book with pockets for keeping all my cards in and hopefully i won't miss any! - like that will happen ,this is me trying(trying being the operative word!!) to get myself organised.....it'll never happen !! I hope you like x

colour create challenge

The challenge was to use the colours Sky Blue, Tan and Ecru, adding a little glitter, gloss or glaze.

I used a Stampin Up stamp, watercolours, cuttlebugged the blue card with the swiss dots folder, mounted onto tan card, Ecru coloured ribbon, just because sentiment stamped in vintage sepia and added to side of image, ther is a little glitter on the water ripples, not picked up very well on camera x

Penny Black Male Birthday challenge

PB challenge on docrafts forum, this week it was to make a male Birthday card, using Black and White plus one other colour, ribbon, 2 eyelets or brads and 3 buttons.

I coloured my doggy in using grey shades of promarkers and a blue tie, this was the colour to then matt and layer with and doodle the edge of the stamaped image in blue too. Papers were from the Claire Curd range, buttons cut out from the paper and used foam pads to raise them on corner of mat, created a paper ribbon, by using a rope border punch, die cut a cb slider, added pre- printed sentiment. hope it fiis teh requirements x

Pink Tilda challenge

Weekly chalenge run on the docrafts forum - this week it wa to be pink, girlie, lace and flowers.

I have coloured the tilda with a mix of copics and promarkers, used papermania fabric flowers and brads, pre-printed sentiment, lace effect created using border rope punch to both the side of card and bottom of large sizzix die cut tag xx
