Papetake Weekly
Penny Black Saturday challenge
The challenge this week was to stick to a recipe:- 3 flowers, 2 papers and 1charm/brad
Never been quite sure of this stamp but hink it works okay with this layout. Think it meets the reuirements - 2 papers, image coloured with distress inks, 3 flowers cut with cuttlebug die, in matching papers and with gems in centre, PB sentiment, green ribbon with 1 metal love heart charm which say made with love.
Sketch Saturday #51
This is my card for the Sketch Saturday Challenge. I have followed the sketch and used papermania papers. I stamped teh flower embellies with 2 of the flowers from the claire curd signature range - the sentiment was a magazine freebie. The image was one of my new fairy doodles stamps, coloured with copics/promarkers and matted and layered on circles cut wiht Nesties.
Sketch and Stash Challenge #10
this is my entry for this weeks Sketch and stash challenge - the new item from my stash is the magnolia stamp and the anna griffin pink background paper. Created the black piece by using versamark on an imagination stamp and dusting all over with black chalk - it gives it an almost flock like appearance - hope it fits the bill xxxx

Card Kit Swop Card
over on docrafts Tanmo runs a card kit swop - you make a card, with anything of your choice, then send a
partner the exact same items you have used, this was my card and the bits i sent to Carol (cross stich Queen), a fab way to see what someone else would do with the same bits. I coloured my image with promarkers and decoupaged it and made myself a flower from the ribbon
